So, I have a girls night every week involving wine, snacks, and a sitcom. ALL of us are trying to lose some weight. Last time I grabbed a bag of multigrain tostitos because well…thats where my brain goes when I think snacks! I would like to go a step above this though 🙂 I found a yummy and HEALTHY looking recipe (thank you Brooke) that I will post below !
NOTE: A really good point the author makes is that strawberries are highly perishable. She recommends you make this salad the day you plan to serve it!
