From December 30th 2014-January 2nd 2015 I got the opportunity to finally take four days off of work. So of course, I put my feet up, drank coffee, and had a movie marathon. NOT. hahah! I have been wanting to travel for a while and go see a good friend in Ohio named Sam.
Traveling up there I got to go through several different states. Starting in SC I drove through NC, TN, KY, and OH. It was so much fun!!! I loved TN and all the mountains that were surrounding me. For the FIRST time I:
-Drove through a mountain tunnel (and experienced my radio shutting off in it…creepy!)
– Pulled over to the side of major high ways to take pictures
-took a selfie of me and my dog (Daisy) in front of the mountains in KY
-I turned 27! And was told I am getting old (Thanks Flor lol)
I wanted to share some of the photographs I took along the way with you!!! ❤

That is all for now! I have a lot more to edit ! ❤ Hope everyone had a save New Years and that 2015 is amazing. Oh and my facebook status on Dec 31, 2014 for my New Years resolution was:

My new years resolution is to: Love myself a great deal more. Every year I make resolutions to make myself “better.” This year, I am reversing that. My goal is to not only feel but absolutely know that I am enough. And to believe with all my that one day someone will agree with that.
DIY Mod Podge Photo Frames
Hello Friends 🙂
I found this idea on Pinterest. Unfortunately, it was not linked to a website so I have no idea of knowing who actually came up with this. Thought it was cute though! Below is what was stated on the “pin” about how to make these….
“Just print off any picture you want, then spray paint a piece of wood black, cut the picture to match the size of the wood. Using Mod podge coat the wood then lay the picture on top. Once it has dried thoroughly, use sandpaper to rough up the edges, then put a layer of mod podge over the picture. paint some eye hooks and use pretty ribbon as a hanger and voila”

12 Affordable Tricks to Originally Bring Photography Into Your Home
I’ve had a wonderfully relaxing time in Florida! The beaches are beautiful here ❤ I really do NOT want to leave tomorrow! It’s nice to know though that this is not just a “vacation.” That I will be living here sooner than later. Life is too short to live somewhere that you are miserable (like in my case VA!). I’m just a very beachy person. Nick, his family, and I went to a small beach cafe yesterday morning. I got a chicken salad sandwich that was amazing!! We then walked to the beach. I went in one of the touristy shops and bought a “salt life” & “my dog is my bff” bumper sticker for my truck. I really can’t move here fast enough.
Hope all of my friends are doing really great!!! I wanted to throw out there again that I am starting to get serious about my photography. If you ever see a picture that you would like to purchase please let me know. I do not have an official shop yet but hope to soon. Until then, just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with “photograph” in the subject line. I will sign and date all my photos 🙂 ❤
